Migrated back to sqlite3 lol

Migrated back to sqlite3 bc our database needs can sit directly on top our virtual machine running the web server.
The reason is that running a dedicated psql server was costing about $12 a month. AWS has a free tier limit for their database of around 750 hours per month, and we would exceed that for some reason. 750/24 = 31days idk.
Anyways the added benefit of this is that loadtimes should be significantly faster bc no more roundtrips to the database anymore if it's sitting inside of the same machine.
